Carnival Breeze July 2 - November 6, 2016
Galveston, Texas -- USA
Driving into Galveston from the Houston airport.
Almost there!
And there she is - the Carnival Breeze!
Cozumel -- Mexico
Our friend Troy, Breeze piano man and one heck of an entertainer!
Welcome to Mexico!
Another Carnival ship in the bay. You can also see a giant cabana we walked through in the background.
Montego Bay -- Jamaica
Coast line from the other side of the island. That's our ship in the background.
A park with kids playing. It looks nice, but it was very dirty. Lots of garbage everywhere in the streets and public beaches.
This is a "private" beach called Doctor's Cave - meaning you had to pay a fee to enter. It was very nice.
Belize City -- Belize
Taking a tender from our ship to the shore. A bunch of ships doing the same.
Approaching shore. It looked so far away 30 minutes ago!
The port of Belize City! Very colourful.
Grand Cayman -- Cayman Islands
On a tender from our ship to shore. The island is surrounded by protected and very beautiful coral reef.
This is what the tender looks like. Just a little transport boat.
View on the ocean from the port.
Isla Roatan -- Honduras
Welcome to Isla Roatan - Mahogany Bay. So green!
Promoting more plant life.
A ship wreck with windmills in the background.
Nassau -- Bahamas
View from the ship. The building with the arch is Atlantis. A day pass (which we didn't do) will get you in for all you can eat and drink, plus waterpark and aquarium access. It goes for about $200 USD per day. Per person! Yikes!!
Enjoying the breeze on the Breeze...
Senor Frogs, The Hilton Hotel, and every port it seemed was under construction in some way.
Key West, Florida -- USA
View from the ship.
More chicken in the streets!
Downtown Key West - lots of little shops and entertainment venues.
Ocean -- who knows where!
Floating past some interesting things on our way out of Galveston.
Rainbow!
A neat spider hitching a ride.
Aboard The Carnival Breeze
The Atrium where we played most of the time. Deck 3, 4, and 5 with elevators up to Deck 10
Rob's sushi boat at the Bonsai Sushi Restaurant on the ship.
The back of the ship and secondary pool deck.
